  • I don't do 1 star reviews but this is necessary. I called Costco and this company is the one who called. when the guy came out he had a questionnaire and when it came time to see what I'm looking to spend and afford. First off, he quoted me 80% higher than everyone else. I didn't say anything at the time but then when he tried to close me I told him I was getting other estimates he knew he quoted me too high (he said "Oh I wish I would have known that first"). So he made the point to make another appt to make it more comparable. Now I get a call today that the guy is now on vacation and will have to reschedule. Who initiates an appt then goes on vacation? Did he not know he was on vacation when be made the appt? Does he not care about getting new business that he can blow off an appt to go on a vacation? Are these the type of ppl that this company hires? Does this company only have one person to handle all the work? If it wasn't for Costco would these ppl even have any business? Very disappointing and I am glad I am going with another company. AVOID AT ALL COST! BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
