  • Usually love and have great experiences at all einstein's including this one but was incredibly disappointed in the customer service when I went in there today. I work in customer service so I understand that sometimes people don't feel super friendly towards customers and I try to let situations like these slide but the attitude the cashier was showing was unacceptable. He also was making enough mistakes to prove that he had no place being so snobby toward customers. Will continue to frequent other locations but not this one anymore.
