  • Appointment set for 4:15pm....was not seen until 5:50pm. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Patient care and customer satisfaction are required in a medical setting. To have someone waiting for such an extended period of time with no regard to there time is just wrong and unprofessional. There has to a be a better approach than this. This is why I hold such a low bar for the medical field.
