  • We reserved a car from this location and they gave it away before we arrived, without notifying us. Not until we showed up did we find out we had to cancel our plans. Even more frustrating - a staff member talked us out of booking earlier in the day because they would be too busy then. While the person working did try to find another car, it was too late on a Saturday - which is why we made a reservation to begin with!
