rev:text	I would like to start off by saying that they do have a very nice selection of granite and their facilities are state of the art, which is why I gave them a 2nd star. However, we have had nothing but issues with this company. After we selected our slab of granite for out bathroom, a few weeks later, they provided a digital layout of what our countertops were going to look like. The digital image was not our granite. Once they determined which one was ours, we came to an agreed upon section to use. When they came to install the granite, one of the side panels was cut short. One side went completely to the edge and the other side was cut short about a half an inch. They caulked everything in hoping we wouldn't notice. The caulking was the other problem. They used a "poop" brown caulking all over the granite (and there is no brown in the granite). Not only did the color look terrible, but they did a very amateur job at installing the caulking. Our contractor had them come back and redo the caulking once they got the side panel cut correctly. Although we indicated that we wanted clear caulking, they installed three different colors this time indicating that they think it would look nice (one of the colors was still the "poop" brown). Fortunately, our contractor was there before they left and had them redo it a third time. I have no faith in this company and will never use them again. Granite is not cheap and once cut, you are stuck with what you get. I'm still not happy that they cut the agreed upon side panel incorrectly and had to use a different piece of granite that no longer flows as the original digital layout looked.
