  • I have had the worst luck with this place. I really really wanted to like them given they weren't a chain and convienient, as well as carried the latest styles for frames. However, doing business with them is just so painful! I also have had issues with them and insurance where they bill improperly and it's not covered because they use the wrong codes. (even though I provided the ones my employer recommended -- they were not used.) They also gave my husband incorrect information about our insurance benefits. Even with an appointment be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes pasts your appointment time before being taken back. Beware after your glasses are finished you have to make a full appointment to even pick them up --even if they were frames you've used before. (20 minute waiting period in the waiting room included). I brought my contact prescription in my first visit but was just looking for new glasses so my contact prescription was not recorded. Now that I'm looking to get a refil on contacts or even just a halloween lens (6 months later) their policy is that another full price eye exam visit is required.. Wish I went somewhere else. :(
