  • If I could give these guys 10 STARS I would! I had a problem since I did a windows 10 update that took forever. I called Apple when I saw a suspicious email. They then went through with me on my computer to check my iTunes and said all appeared to be ok and that I should call HP. Next day I call HP who said I was out of warrantee and that I could sign up for the $14.99 a month + a additional fee for the first month or I could pay a 1 x fee of like $199 (not sure the exact $$). I told them that was ridiculous especially if it's. Window 10 push on updates. Told them I would not be purchasing another HP again. That is where PC Paramedics comes in. I did research first for a group in my area with no review/good reviews. So I extended my search and found these guys with an awesome bunch of reviews. I drove over 30 mins to get there but I will say it's worth the trip. Walked in with my computer and discs that I had available that I purchased through my firm. Explained I needed all the items as well as needing it by the next day. Was told no problem and also advised about a software virus program that was better than what my firm uses and supplies (norton which I've had issues in the past with at other firms). Well next day I called around 10am and was told they fixed it installed the antivirus and I could come get it. I brought my 2 older pc too and the one The took and would trash it and the 2nd they removed the hard drive and transferred the documents directly to my current pc. I won't say hoe much I spent in NY on trying to diagnose my pc issue on the one with no resolution from staples and other issues from BestBuy and neither did anything for their service. I can say I WILL RECOMMEND these guys to everyone I know and their service is AMAZING. I think they are underpricing themselves as far as I'm concern, but these guys are the BEST I'VE SEEN IN YEARS!!!! If you used those idiots at the other 2 places you're only wasting your money for no resolution and you will only learn you should come this way, hope they don't leave this area or they better let me know where they move.
