  • I couldn't be happier with this service. Before Ed even looked at the car I was considering purchasing, he'd spent at least an hour or more on the phone with me. He spent well over an hour & a 1/2 inspecting the car- and it was 104 degrees outside that day! He prepared an extensive and detailed report, with grades and codes in excess of what is needed for inspection, as well as detailed notes on specifics. He answered every little question I had at length, including giving me ballpark estimates for the possible future work I might need- making me an informed and well educated consumer. I didn't even know there were such services as this! Expert, professional, friendly and accommodating, this was a real education that benefited me greatly. I will recommend Ed the Auto Critic with great enthusiasm. I actually just did to my neighbor moments ago!
