  • Mixed experience @4 Season Vegas this weekend. Positives - great/comfortable/big room, bed was perfection, shower too. Negatives - pool scene has turned into a regular Vegas free-for-all. Lots of loud kids, pool floaties, guests with speakers playing country music, etc. Our room was never serviced by housekeeping during our 2 night, 3 day stay. When we came to the unkempt room, we alerted housekeeping but specifically requested not to be bothered because we were pre-dinner napping. Next came countless phone calls (had to unplug phones from wall) & at least 2 attempts to get in our room by staff. Very odd & not appreciated. Check out was great. Concierge printed our tags, stored our luggage for a few hours & offered continued guest accommodations, including a complimentary airport ride. In short, I was expecting more, but it is what it is. We've stayed at many many of the other strip & downtown hotels; with similar experiences. I just hoped the 4 Seasons would surpass expectations & the local norms. Again, mixed results.
