  • Rude and unprofessional! Scott Senior fixed 2 leaky faucets in late May but said he needed a "sleeve" to fix a third and would return in 3-4 days. After a week I called and a woman returned my call, saying Scott hadn't forgotten me, would see me in a few days. I called three more times and left messages, asking them to let me know if he could not do the job. I have not heard from them. One star is a little high, as their failure to return calls is rude and unprofessional.
