  • Kick ass fares lately, bought a round trip ticket from Cleveland to Denver for $110 however when I checked in, everything was on time. Flight was supposed to leave at 5:30am but exactly at 5:20am they announced a 2 and a half hour flight delay because they needed oil which could only be from Detroit. One hour and a half later they said they got the oil from another airline )they didn't think of that earlier?) and said they are just waiting for the oil to be filled and would be ready to go. It is now exactly 4 hours delayed and they have no estimated departure time for us. They did give us $10 meal vouchers but we have to stay in the immediate area while waiting indefinitely to take off whenever they are ready Come on frontier get your act together. A lot of work schedules and conferences are getting screwed up. Guy next to me was supposed to train a company but now that isn't happening. What would be nice is at least updates, let us walk around or give us estimates like 1 more or hour or something Will not fly frontier again. Cheap fares and the seats are just as cheap (thin plastic). Not to mention they charge for a carry on ?! A whopping $35
