  • I'll start this out with the positives. They said they would come at 2pm and they arrived 10 minutes early. The driver was seemed to be thorough and was courteous when he picked up the car. My car was towed to a dealership to get worked on. I called the dealership the next day to see what's going on and they said they don't have the car. I called Sun City Towing and he advised me to check back with the dealer because he confirmed it was towed to the dealership. I called the dealer again and they looked in the lot and saw it out there, unlocked, with the key in there OVERNIGHT. The idiot driver just dumped the brand new 2016 car there without notifying anyone. Maybe that's what they are told to do, but common sense and courtesy would say tell someone about it. Take 60 seconds of your time. I will 100% never use this towing company ever again.
