  • Not happy with the overall care here but what choice do I have?! Don't bother making an appt online as it will do you no good what so ever. The receptionist tried explaining that it gets you in quicker, but the patients before you go first anyway, since their paperwork gets submitted first, prior to your arrival. I told her I won't bother booking online appts anymore and she rolled her eyes. Fabulous! Not sure if I would recommend or not bc I keep coming here any way. The urgent care cmc on gold hill rd misdiagnosed my child years ago so I juat refuse to go there. Had better experiences with piedmont as opposed to cmc. But that's just my opinion and experiences.
