  • My last visit there was a complete nightmare. I need to go with my first instinct if I have a bad feeling about a person that's about to do my hair I need to request somebody else. The gal that approach me had barely a smile on her face when she extended her hand to shake my hand it was just weakness and defeat written all over face. She completely lack in confidence and had 0 moxie. Her instructor Anise was the worst of all! This woman should not be an instructor! She had absolutely no leadership abilities, I miss all the old instructors. They were much better. While she was doing my hair she disappeared for 20 minutes and I had a bad feeling about it and of course she dried out my hair by overprocessing it. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to finish up the toning because I had a work emergency. But they still insisted on charging me for it. It'll be a while before I go back there, I used to really like coming here but my last experience was a complete nightmare!
