  • I'm starting to lose all interest in this location due to the dismal customer service I've received on a number of occasions. My most recent experience made me want to forbid all visiting guests from visiting this outlet. At check out, an employee of the Adidas store informed me that the item I wanted to purchase would be 50% off on President's Day. When I returned the following day, another visit solely to purchase the item, that particular employee was not present and the manager refused to honor his (mis)representation. Additionally, she appeared as flippant and unapologetic. I won't be going back!
