  • Consistently not helpful and rude. Once they had me scrambling while on vacation to fix a leak that turned out to not even be in my unit or related to it. Every time I've requested proof of insurance of the property (which is required by mortgage lenders) I ended up having to reach out to the insurer myself. Even though golden valley are the ones who bought the insurance. The list goes on. Suffice to say; do yourselves a favor and stay away!
