  • This has got to be the worst TD branch that there is! Besides being slow, they have a tendency to put a freeze on your account when they make a mistake. The last time was a few weeks ago, when I had taken out an RSP. They did not fill in one of the fields properly, and lo and behold, there was a check that was written from this account which had bounced, because the account was "frozen". There was more than enough money in the account to cover the check, or even 5 checks of the same amount. When I called to speak to the person who gave me the RSP, she never responded to my calls. Now I have to go in person and deal with this situation. If you can, avoid this branch, and take your business to another near by.
