  • I have to agree with many of the negative reviews on here. Joyce Chang doesn't care about her patients. My first impression of her was negative. She walked in the room didn't really introduce herself. I was a new patient. No smile straight face the entire time. I left her office feeling upset about the whole experience. It was very unprofessional. But we all have our bad days. Maybe she was having one that particular day. The second time was the same. The third time I visit her office was the last straw for me. I came in for my ECHO results. I called and made an appointment a week prior specifically for my results. I got there. They checked me into a room . After having me sit in there for an hour they said they couldn't get the results. I then ask why didn't they check to make sure they had the results before having me check in and not waste my time. Because if the results weren't ready I could have reschedule the appointment. Everyone knows how hard it is to take time away from work. So people's time should be valued. All I got were excuses. I got no apology from Chang. She even had the nerve to charge me $231 for the office visit regardless of service render or not. So I had my primary doctor change soon after. A doctor should care about his/her patience health and time.
