  • This review is solely based on my recent visit to the pool deck in hopes of roasting marshmallows... With great anticipation we made our journey to the ice rink excited to gather around and roast marshmallows while taking in the sights. We couldn't figure out where to sit...because we didn't make a reservation and we couldn't find anyone to help. After asking a bartender we were directed to ask a man in a security uniform. He didn't have any idea what we needed to do either. We finally found 5 associates huddled together having a nice chat. When we approached them they kind of just stared at us....there was no "how can we help you?" Or "hello there!" After feeling like we had interrupted their conversation we decided to leave because the employees at the Ice Rink didn't seem to want to work that day. Beautiful tree though!
