i understand davids bridal is a big chain but that doesn't mean you should compromise customer service. especially when they know that woman are going there in hopes to find their dress for their big day!!! the sales associate i was paired with was nice but she wasn't helpful at all.. she didn't help me find any dresses, she didn't ask me what i liked or what i was looking for, once i tried the dresses on she didn't help clip the dress on me.. i had my friends do everything! and every dress i tried on she was asking me "is that the one?" I'm like NO!!! i felt super rushed.. after i found a dress i liked she said the alterer would come and fit it to me so i said sure and i was standing there waiting for 20 min!! at that point i was already over it, i put my clothes back on and than she rushed over in a panic and was like "whats wrong? she's coming right now!" Im never rude or mean about anything so i just said no worries I'm gonna discuss things with my family first. if they come up with that excuse, its an excuse. i was there to buy and the service ruined everything. i ended up getting my dress at Celebrations. they need to understand that they are dealing with BRIDES, we come there hoping to get some help and find THE DRESS thats gonna be the best day of our lives.. i was very disappointed.. I guess the only thing i would give a star for is that they had a big selection.. but that was it..
