  • The staff was very friendly. This was the best thing about this hotel. It is built on a cliff, and terraced so if you have difficulty walking this is not the place for you. When we first got there we where told our room wasn't ready but for 25$ more we could up grade to a falls room with a view of the waterfalls. Don't waste your time or money the view of the falls is out your door not off the balcony the view off our balcony was of the parking lot. When we got to our room no elevator our luggage had to be hauled up one floor, the room smelled old and stale we were not happy the bell person took us back and helped us find a more suitable room with a better view still rooftops but also downtown. The food at cascades and point in thyme were similar and only fair especially considering the cost. The Cuban Rubin sandwich was most bread. Nothing was like I expected. Do not recommend this place.
