  • Have to rate 1, only because can't rate 0. Purchased a Bissell Steam Cleaner from Walmart.com, on the way out the final doors a young lady, wearing a baseball cap, short hair and wearing what appears to be headphones to an I-phone jumps in front of my cart and states very directly Do you have a receipt for this, which I clearly have in my hand, and insists on seeing it, since she never identifies herself and there is a gentleman at the door checking receipts. I finally say to her, okay, can you tell me who you are? She finally pulls a case out of her pocket that contains what appears to be a Walmart ID. I tell her it would have been a little less threatening to a senior citizen if you would have identified yourself first. Her response, I did when you asked that's all I have to do, I repeated it would be less threatening, she repeated herself. I decided to go inside and file a concern, the head of undercover security did an extremely reflective attempt of explaining that don't need to identify themselves unless asked. When explained that doing this to a senior citizen is very threatening, he explained that it's not intended to be and they don't stereotype who they stop. Next time someone jumps in front of my cart and seems threatening, I think I will just ran them with my cart and explain that I don't discriminate who I feel threatened by!!!
