So all i can say about this place is wow...and not in a good way...in a what the heck just happened way. When i first made an appt it was for Monday, the receptionist told me that she would email me over the new patient paperwork. On saturday I got a phone call from them telling me that there was no doctor on monday so they would have to reschedule the appointment. So i rescheduled for thursday at 7:30. I also asked about the new patient paperwork and if they could email it over to me. She said she would, i never received it. The day of appointment, i got there at about 7:20 in order to fill out the paper work. The office was open and there were two other people sitting in the waiting room. I walked up to the desk. and pushed the button that said "please press for assistance". I then stood there and waited for about 20 minutes, pressing the button multiple times with no response at all. Finally i just loudly asked if someone was around and a woman came out saying that the receptionist wasn't there yet and she was looking around for the thing for me to fill out. at about 7:47am the receptionist finally showed up and i turned in the ipad to her with my information and sat back down. Finally at around 8 she brought me to a room. she then did the xrays. after she finished them she came back into the room and said one of the xrays was wrong. so instead of putting the vest thing back on me properly, she just kind of laid it on me. I had to actually straighten it out and put it on me properly. Then when the dr and assistant came in it was like neither of them had any idea of spacial awareness. They were taking pictures of my teeth and actually moved the camera around my head so the cord of it wrapped around my neck. When they were doing the cleaning the dr stabbed me in the lip with the tool while the assistant held the suction tool over my head dripping on me. Then when it finally came for my teeth to be polished when the asst turned on the tool it sprayed water all over my face. she apologized saying that it was a new something and then instead of properly fixing it wrapped a paper towel around it so the water wouldn't spray. She then knocked the tool against my teeth at least twice. When i was finished i ran out of there. That was seriously the worse experience at a dentists office EVER!. Never going back
