| - Solid pizzas, salads, and beers. The pizzas are Neopolitan style so feel very rustic. Definitely feels a bit fresher than your normal pizzeria.
Crusts were slightly undercooked in our opinion, but next time we'll ask for them to leave it in an extra minute. We like crispier crusts, so this could just be us.
The beet salad was incredible: roasted beets, goat cheese, marcona almonds, arugula, balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious.
The pizza settebello (crushed tomatoes, pancetta, sausage, mushrooms, toasted pine nuts, mozzarella, basil, olio) was awesome, though consensus was that pignoli were out of place.
And our glasses weren't empty when we left, so they brought us to-go cups for the iced tea and topped them off. Really nice touch. Would be in the rotation for sure if we spent more time near GVR.
