  • Thoroughly displeased with this establishment. Despite completing most of my paperwork before my appointment and still managing to arrive 10 minutes early, I waited in the lobby for almost 25 minutes. There was only one other patient waiting with me and the office seemed far too quiet such long wait times. Once I finally made it to the exam room, I waited another 10 minutes for a nurse practitioner to exam me and confirm what I already knew. She prescribed two different types of medications, informed me that I would hear from her within a week with test results and sent me on my way. I was only 35 minutes to late...no big deal. Well, a week has since come and gone. Not only have I not heard back from her with my results but I have probably spent a total of 45 minutes to an hour being on hold trying to get through to a live person on the phone. I have left numerous voice mails, which I was assured would be returned but that has not been the case. At this point, as opposed to wasting more time and energy getting upset with the seemingly incompetent staff, I will simply take my business elsewhere and advise others who value their health to do the same.
