  • Really excellent food. Off the strip a ways, but well worth the trip! My favorites were the pork sisig, lechon roll, ribs, and bone marrow. To be fair, bone marrow is my favorite at any restaurant. But Cutting Board's had a bit cheese aspect that I didn't anticipate. The halo halo dessert is worth it! Overall a great food adventure and I can't wait to visit again when I'm in town. Service was fast and friendly. Place was clean a wonderful experience!
