  • The accommodations at this hotel are totally fine. My room was great, the price was great. The customer service at at The hotel was really bad. The trouble was getting two rooms next to one another. When I booked months in advance, I was told they can not guarantee the two rooms would be together until check in, but if we upgraded our room we would have a better chance, so we upgraded. I called the day before to ask about early check in, and to get the rooms together and was told it couldn't be guaranteed, to try on arrival, but come early. I showed up at 10:30 and was told they couldn't get us rooms together, it was too early. I called at 11:30 and was told we couldn't get them together, try again soon. We checked back at 1:30 and were told we could get the rooms together if we upgraded, so we upgraded a second time. After 4 attempts and 2 upgrades, we were got able to get a room near our friends. I'm just thankful it wasn't our kids we were trying to room next too!
