Not impressed with their ability to retain customers.
I bought a BBQ & cover yesterday. The wind blew it off that evening and it was gone. Forever gone.
I went back to BBQs Galore to buy a second one that was made better.
I was hoping they would try and give me at least a discount because I came back to them.
But nope. They sold me the second one for full price only.
The first one was cheaply made and they admitted that fact, but would not give me a break on the "new" version that was three times the price.
Not sure if I want to return to this place due to that greedy attitude.
Show some empathy next time please.
UPDATE:
After their reply I called the number and the manager was very apologetic and courteous. Offered me a gift card (I turned it down because that wasn't the issue.) and I think they learned from the experience. Added a star to the review.
