  • Purchased a used vehicle from BMW in Henderson in February 2017. Unfortunately, I am use to luxury dealerships treating you with respect and professionalism. This dealership left alot to be desired after we drove the vehicle off the lot. Basically they could care less about you - period. We contacted them a few days after we purchased the vehicle asking where the rim locking nut was, since they had claimed they changed to tires. We figured they forgot to put it back in the vehicle. The sales associate assured us he would get back to us the next day, we never heard from him. We then went to the DMV to register the vehicle and discovered that we were never provided the dealer report of sale and the excuse we received was "things happen". Yeah ,that's right things happen, like myself taking my business elsewhere and discouraging family and friends from purchasing from them.
