  • I only just stumbled on my having given Texas a 4 start because they were cash only back in the day, but now that that's long been resolved, it's fully deserving of 5-star. The brisket is some of the best I've ever had. The smoked wings are a thing of beauty. The mac and cheese is amazing. This place does true BBQ right, and without the 3 hour wait of some other joints.
