  • How to take my mom to the ER yesterday and chose Dignity Health. This was the best ER experience I've ever had. Derek Brown the PA was waiting in the room as we brought my mother is. He was attentive, supportive, proactive and took excellent care of her. Later that evening she had to be transferred to the main hospital downtown for a surgical procedure. During the wait the staff communicated with us and kept my mother comfortable and in warm blankets. Facility is immaculate and attractive. A far cry from other ER experiences where we had to wait in a hallway or in a crowded waiting room. This will be my ER of choice from this point forward.
