  • Just recently bought furniture from this place. In the beginning things went well. No annoying sales guy, no pressure, just let my girl and I browse. When I was ready, Rick was helpful and didn't try to sell me on extra stuff. And here's where the 1 star starts.... I was called by Rick to let me know my furniture was in and to set up my delivery date. Then the day before I was set to move in my new house and got rid of the old furniture, Rick calls to tell me my living room furniture wasn't in and it would be 3 weeks till it came in?!?! Huh? You just called me and confirmed 3 days prior that it was in!! I could really go on for days how this whole experience went down but I'll spare you the 3 pages of bad. Next time, I'll take my thousands of dollars to a company that doesn't sell you excuses....
