  • We really tried to give Superior a chance. This review is more about the pool cleaning service and maintenance than our experience when building. We've had our pool for about 3 years now and have had trouble with overall cleaning and maintenance since Adam left. We pay for a monthly cleaning (year round) and can't believe Superior let it get to this point. (Pictures posted below) Absolutely unacceptable and so disappointed. My husband has called several times now with no action toward cleaning our pool. As of today-our pool has not been cleaned after frequent communication.
