  • Cooler Tymes are my new AC people. Glen came to my house and was extremely honest. I had another company that wanted to charge $550 for a leak search. That company was presuming I needed a new evaporator cooler that would've run me another $3,500. They nearly convinced me that I'm better off with a new unit. This is after giving me a 12-4 window and sure enough they came at 3:50. So I wasted all day waiting around. I called Cooler Tymes the next day after a co-worker referred them and Mike told me someone will come at 6:30. Glen came at 6:30. He noticed something by the unit that was so lose, he had to twist it 8 times to tighten it. Glen suggested that could be the issue after finding there was no leak from the evaporator cooler. He just put some freon and which cost me about half the price others charge for it. $150 later, the issue we're hoping is resolved. That includes the service fee and freon. If I listened to George Brazil, I would've been so screwed. Do yourself a favor and call Cooler Tymes for all of your AC needs. They're the best in every facet. Mike, the owner is amazing. He doesn't nickel and dime. He treats me like a brother and I really appreciate him and his staff. I can't stress enough to anyone that sees this review CALL Cooler Tymes and NO ONE else.
