  • I ordered flowers for my little niece. The man on the phone was friendly and helpful. But the final result was so ugly. I only found out because my sister actually asked how much I spent because she felt the delivered product was so ugly. I ended up asking her for a photo and it indeed was far less than what I would have picked out at a convenience store. Not sure if they didn't card because I was calling long distance. But I will never order again from these people. Plus they messed up the delivery time, after they specifically agreed to a particular time of the day. It was even written on the flowers and they still messed if up. Very disappointed. Especially because the man steered me away from an arrangement I had in my head. Good thing my niece is only 5 and was just plain happy with anything.
