  • I had the Big O at 16880 W Waddell Rd Surprise, AZ 85388 Store 004220 on Waddell and the 303 do a wheel and TPMS swap on my truck On 9/5/2017.When I got home and unloaded the old wheels I noticed one had a badly sctached face that was not there prior to the service because the truck is relatively new and the only way those scrathces could occur is if you laid them on the face of the wheel and I've never taken them off.  When I drove my truck to work, somewhere on the 100 mile round trip I noticed there was a vibration in the brake pedal. Inspecting the wheels I found that the lug nuts on the truck were not tight and I could move them with my fingers, I also noticed there was damage to the stud holes on the wheels and when I tried to tighten the lug nuts they would just shave metal off the wheel and keep spinning. Further looking at all the lug nuts they were the same way  from when they attempted to put them on and tighten them on the hub at the shop. So I parked my truck until I had the time to take it back to the shop. On 9/9/2017 I was finally able to take it back to the shop and one of the guys up front said I needed different lug nuts just by glancing at the wheel but when I said I didn't know that and asked wouldn't have the installer known that since they're the experts and they would've kept spinning and not tighten when they put them on, he said not necessarily. He then told me to drive my vehicle to get new lug nuts and then they would put them on. The same man stated that the scatches on the old wheels were old and implied that I did it.  At that point I decided to leave because how disrespectful the man was and was unwilling to fix what they did. I then called the corprate and they took my information down and stated they would get back to me and gave me a reference number  but I haven't received any follow up so I sent them an email and still nothing.  Now I dont know if the wheels I spent my hard earned money on are even safe to use anymore. If I had known the wheels required different lug nuts I would've purchased some but I didn't and that's why I took my vehicle to the so called professionals to do the job. They put my families life in danger, damaged my property and they could've cared less. I wouldn't recommend them due to their lack of Knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and horrible customer service. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get them to respond. Their resolution was with exuse after excuse with snide remarks and they will give me half a refund if I come in to claim it and by doing so I take responsibility partialy and admit it was my fault as well. I refuse to take their half assed resolution and step foot in that place ever again and will warn others to do the same.
