  • Are you kidding me this place has 5 stars ? The place looks like Horror ! If you read the store hours your pet is left to be all alone for most of the time and let me educate people whom are considering to leave their pet here first your pet is left in a facility that has iron bars I doubt there is someone on staff over night as the owner has left a piece of paper on the door once before stating if there is an Emergecy call the number listed by the time the owner arrives it may be to late! Also something to highly seriously think about is if this place ever went up in flames how is someone suppose to save the animals sheltered here as there are Iron Bars all around windows. The summer is my concern are the pets comfortable in cool air? by the looks of this place it makes me wonder if the owner could care less of the establishment not having an employee over night or by the torture chamber looks of it hmmmm. Message to everyone looking for boarding their pet do not go by how nice the owner may be look at the way this establishment is kept the walls are hideous broken pieces of the walls from what I can see from the outside looking in. When not in operating hours there is no light that one can see and worst hopefully everyone that reads this review will do their research oh by the way this establishment does show you their own photos of the kennels which concerns me as well about the sanitation of the kennels since no one is there for hours on end. Proper facilities for pet boarding should have someone on staff ALWAYS over night not a paper on the door stating call if there is an Emergency. Message to the owner take pride in detail and professionalism your establishment looks like a torture chamber! I never considered to leave my pet here I was visiting a Botanical Shop in this plaza to buy some candles when I seen the pets looking as if they were suffering in terrible misery that I thought I am going to be a voice for these poor animals left here. Everyone needs to consider a boarding facility that has an over night employee or staff 24 hours in such establishment of pet boarding so when you are ready to board your pet see the difference from professional boarding to this Horrid Dump! Oh by the way the person that may find this " Funny" be careful what goes around comes around in life! If anyone sees ANIMAL ABUSE report it it is now a Federal Crime to treat an animal in this depressing manner Animal Abuse hotline dial 311 SPCA (702) 873- 7723 I am glad this animal torture chamber is out of business! Anyone wanting to board there pets in a professional 24 hour on staff location go to Pet Smart on Stephanie past Sunset or Green Valley Animal Hospital on Mountain Vista you may request a tour also 24 hour staff on duty.
