rev:text	Pros: - Fairly modern, clean looking apartment. - Staff is nice, if they goof up, they'll do their best to make things right. Cons: - Very poor insulation. Overall the units were constructed very cheaply, and haphazardly. You can hear your neighbors do any simple thing. Anyone simply walking above your unit is a very loud experience. All. Day. Long. This alone makes it unacceptable to live here. - Reading other reviews NOW I know why my eyes have been bloodshot when I wake up here every morning, something must be in the air in these units causing an allergy. This is really disturbing actually, I don't know if its dust or some chemical in the construction of the units. - Awful "community" of people. I know Vegas has a lack of culture/community due to it's "transient" nature, but man does this place attract some of the most self important, inconsiderate, nasty people. I'm not simply jaded by one experience, it's a constant barrage of this behavior. People drive so fast here I'm hit almost daily, people let their dogs off their leashes and let them do their business anywhere and won't clean up after them. Loud cars/music at 1am daily. Constant verbal scuffles trying to do the most simple things due to how self absorbed and inconsiderate the community of people is. Very draining and depressing, just a lot of negative vibes. - Wood/Pergo floors are very cheap or weren't installed right, they creak and crack with every step. - AC/Heater is LOUD inside the unit, you have to turn your TV up and back down when it turns on/off. Definitely won't be renewing the lease.
