This is the kind of place to show visitors to Pittsburgh since it is "quirky" and "unique," and it seems to be a hit with visitors - and indeed, the ambiance is quite nice. However the food quality is sub-par especially with regards to the elevated prices for 4 boiled pierogies or a $13 "Pittsburgh salad." If memory serves correctly, the pizza is a decent option for dining but it is not found on the main dinner menu. The beer selection is OK, they offer an interesting sampling flight. No reservations on the weekends.
