  • I have very mixed feelings about this place because indeed it was a fun time but some things just went wrong. The booking process was easy, all they need is a name and a time + the # of people. We showed up and was told our room number almost immediately. They do check ID here and will not let the entire room drink if your friend forgot their ID, or if they're underage. This was this case with my friend because he never remembers to bring anything with him.. and my other friend literally had to get on her knees and beg the staff. Luckily they were nice enough and just gave us a reminder to remember next time. Bless. The karaoke machine was a big laggy and sometimes even if we click several times, it wouldn't go through. Although they had a large variety of songs (including Korean, viet and Chinese), their artists were jumbled and sometimes there'd be 3 of the same artist on different pages. On top of this, we found that some of that artist's most popular songs weren't on it. It was weird. However, we made do with the songs that were there and we weren't too unhappy with the song selection. We went ham in that room. We liked the room because of the black lights, the spaciousness and the changing colours of the different lights. The staff were very nice and came once in awhile to check up on us, they were not understaffed, which is great. They helped us learn how to use the machines and replaced our mic batteries in a flash. However, some of our orders got lost and it was very awkward saying to the staff "we ordered a fruit plate 3 hours ago.. Can you check up on it?" After we asked the staff about it over 4 times. The pitchers of alcohol are not worth $45 each, especially when they're the size of one of my solo individual cups on an average summer day. Of course all the alcohol was overpriced- the beer prices literally DOUBLE on weekends as opposed to weekday. This place probably makes bank on drunk asians over-ordering. Overall though, it was a very good time for a night out with friends, as opposed to going to a bar.
