  • Great subs with an incredible sauce that they put on the side instead of in the sandwich (+1 for take-outs because who wants to eat a soggy sub?) Definitely ask for the homemade pizza dough bread. That sub drove me back to Serano to try the pizza but I was disappointed. The sauce on our Hawaiian pizza was overwhelmingly salty. The center of the pizza was too soggy to hold everything together so I ate it like a New Yorker (fold the slice in half). Overall A-OK. I'd go back for the large special sub only.
