  • This has to be just one of the worst stores around! I don't know how they have so many stars (unless the friends of the 13 year olds working there are hyping it up). I've been here twice in search of 1/6 scale figures. Both times, it took a good 10 minutes to get the attention of what appear to be 13-15 year old working the registers. They know absolutely nothing about their inventory, nothing about the products themselves. The items start at around $250.... and I was looking to acquire 2 or 3.... do the math. Ultimately, both visits, I left this place annoyed and empty handed. I will not be back, I'll just shop online. So much for supporting local business. Perhaps the owner should really get involved in training or perhaps hiring people that are actually knowledgeable about the products and are a bit more customer oriented. My other word of advice, they may want cut down on inventory just a bit so the place looks a little more orderly and doesn't give you the feeling of rummaging through grandma's attic.
