I feel bad for the USPS. It just isn't managed well. At peak times (lunch, right after work), they never seem to have enough staff which equals to long waits. Never a smile or a friendly face. If I get them to look at me and even crack a smile, I consider it a win. You just get the feeling that everyone, including the workers, hates being there. I do appreciate there being the self-serve kiosk in the front with the larger slot for pre-paid packages. Such a valuable service, but you leave this post office just a little sadder than you came in.
