  • I bought a laser hair removal package and couldn't book an appointment! I called many times with now answer. Left voicemails with no response. Emailed Modena directly and still nothing. Finally my friend went in in person and scheduled my appointment for me. When I went to the appointment on a Tuesday at 11am (the scheduled time, during regular business hrs) the lights were off and nobody was there. I drove 30 minutes to make the appointment and nobody was there! Will not be returning. What a waste of time!
