  • They serviced my pool as well as replastered it. I had a number of issues back in 2016 with the office manager of this place from rude and disorganized office staff to delays in repairs and unreturned phone calls for weeks when my pool was drained and left empty while waiting to be plastered. The only way I got them to finish my pool was to actually show up at their office and sit outside until they opened up. But the biggest issue was when the newly plastered pool was ruined with white spots or 'etching'. They partnered with a new pool cleaner (who later moved out of country), and claim that the new cleaner didn't do the correct chemical balance which resulted in the ruined plaster. They now refuse to acknowledge that they partnered with this guy (although their intro email to customers has the word partner multiple times. They are taking no responsibility for damage. When trying to deal with the owner Ryan he becomes defensive and difficult. Would not recommend this pool company for anything.
