  • I choose their platinum wash for $50 and they were supposed to be washing the outside and clean the inside, including conditioning the leather. They said it was going to be close to 30 mins. 1.5 hrs later after not hearing anything from them I asked and they said it was done over an hour ago. So why didn't they tell me? When I got to the car the outside was clean but the inside I would say was almost worst. The back seats weren't even vacuumed and the front seats had to be cleaned by me before sitting if I didn't want to get my clothes dirty. There was so much conditioner that was not spread evenly. The doors and dash weren't even touched. Will never go back here
