  • Shaw Business saved my companies internet which was down for 5 days due to ongoing problems with Lightspeed Internet not caring about our situation, sending techs hours late, passing the buck and straight out lying. Shaw Business came within one day and had our internet running by the afternoon. Our internet controls our debit terminal and ability to take debit and credit card transactions, as well as our phone, so you can imagine how difficult and damaging 5 days of no service were to our retail business. Shaw showed up and were professional and prompt, got the job done and us up and running again. I was compelled to write this review based on how fast they came, and how reliable they were as far as showing up when they said they would and working through a few challenges to get the job done. I have been a residential Shaw customer since 2003 and despite a very few hiccups with them in the last year regarding techs coming when stated, the business side really came through and helped beyond measure. Thank you Shaw.
