  • Stating the facts alone on this one shall suffice. Booked a ride online 30 minutes ahead if time but got no confirmation so I called to verify and he didn't even know I had placed it. He said he'd have someone out in 15 min. I said never mind usually they are here within 5, to which he replied okay I'll get someone there within 5 min. Of course no one was, so I called to follow up and he said he didn't know what the deal was so he'd be there in 2 min (I heard the GPS in the background for my address talking). He calls me back to get directions and I tell him I'm sitting outside and I see him blast by me. I also HEAR the rattling car. I wait as he makes his way back. NOW...for the drive to the airport...a few times I thought the breaks would go out or we would break down. He sped around turns and I almost spilled my coffee a couple times. Nope. No. Nah. Not again thanks. Stressful way to start an already stressful business trip.
