A favorite, without qualification.
I have driven to Vegas just to eat here. Each visit solidifies this eatery as a pinnacle of new American cuisine.
I am enamored with this place more than I was with my first boyfriend. Now that I'm living on the East coast, it is my best long distance relationship to date.
The food is superb. The lobster was well done, the local mushrooms were an all star, the kumamoto oysters are now my standard for great oyster experience and everything since has simply not lived up to those little guys with huge flavor, the steak is ever a specialty, but the desert-- oh that dessert-- it took my breath away. For our anniversary they brought out a plate that was fan-f-ing-tas-tic. Monkey bread with a pecan toffee and brown butter banana ice cream. Paired with a luscious Muscat I left more enchanted than ever.
I love, love, love Craftsteak. Thank you Tom!
