  • After a negative experience with their service department in January of 2017, the service manager reached out after seeing my Yelp review. A couple of weeks ago I decided to give Auto Nation a second chance, called the manager, and scheduled the appointment for July 21. The service tech that checked me in was attentive, friendly, and well informed with my wife's 2013 Malibu. The service I requested was complete in the estimated time where they included a free car wash and reviewed a list of manufacture suggested maintenance. In a nutshell we will very likely return when service is required.
